Milla Cordial Apple, Ginger & Rosella Granita with blackberries

• 250ml Apple, Ginger & Rosella Milla Cordial
• 500ml water
• 500g blackberries (or other berries, such as raspberries or blueberries)

Combine the cordial and water and set in a shallow tray in the freezer for at least 6 hours.

Using a fork, scrape the frozen ice until all of the ice has been broken into small frozen ice crystals that resembles snow.

Re-freeze the mix for at least an hour before serving.

To serve
Divide the berries among six serving glasses and spoon the granita over the top.
